I help business and organizational leaders translate their visions and mandates into inspired intentional actions through the understanding of theirs and/or their teams design and wiring. Most people do not recognize themselves as a leader. On the other hand, there are those that are seen as natural born leaders because of there natural ability to be outgoing and take initiative quickly. However, leadership is not a quality that you need to be born with to have it. It's a learned skill that is developed and acquired through training, coaching and experience. A key aspect of leadership is communication and the understanding that not everyone thinks and communicates in the same way. Therefore the approach and response would be varied for each one. I offer speaking and hands-on presentations tailored to fit your individual, organization or team’s needs and budget, with consideration of people's varied design and wiring, such as: - 10 minute briefing - Lunch and Learn - Keynote speaking for your company sponsored event - Half day and full day workshop/seminar - In-house corporate training I work with you to incorporate any of your organization’s meeting theme, mission/vision statement that you may want me to implement.
